We bring deep local knowledge and a practical understanding of how to navigate the planning system—having worked closely with councils and consultants to achieve successful development approvals and smooth project delivery.

Abbotsleigh Early Learning Centre

This is an early career project where an extension to an existing school was commissioned.
The project involved liaison with Wahroonga Council from concept to Development Approval and Design Development to Construction, including contract administration of joinery and finishes packages

Design management services provided for this world-class residential tower from design stages to construction.
Managing consultant coordination, resolution and integration of all architectural aspects in accordance with Design Intent and Statutory compliance. Including resolution of acoustic detailing, structural integration, thermal requirements, finishes, waterproofing strategies, joinery and internal fittings.

Darling Square Northeast

As the Executive Architect, Quetzal was appointed to lead the design resolution of the concept design by the concept architect and deliver it all the way through tender stages and construction.
The project was part of a State Significant. Project, approved by Planning NSW, recognised as a ground-breaking urban renewal development which included the delivery of 650 apartment units in the former site of the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre
